Austin Reasonover: The support structure, and that is not one single member, it spans my whole career at Nossi. Some days we were just so stressed out, but the person next to you is going through the exact same thing. So you are going to pull it all together. There have been nights we have been in the parking lot, night classes get out at 10 and we have been out in the parking lot until 1 in the morning just venting and pulling projects out and talking through them. That is probably the best memory – the community – that I really found here.
